  • Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details before placing an order.

  • Kids Art Frame is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes).

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to carriers, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or force majeure events.

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, Kids Art Frame is not responsible for transit delays.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with the customer to provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Returns & Refunds

Non-Personalized Items

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Personalized Items

  • Final sale. Not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
