Order Processing Time

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.

4. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to:

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost.
5. Shipping Costs

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.

We are unable to reroute shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, transit times and delays are outside our control.

If tracking confirms a package is lost, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Kids Art Frame is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” but stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
10. Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During peak seasons (e.g. holidays, major promotions), processing and transit times may be longer due to carrier volume.
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery by a specific date (including holidays) cannot be guaranteed.
