  • We ship all orders within 3 business days!

    All Kids Art Frames orders will be shipped via 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Shipping cost is a standard $5.49 per shipment plus $0.50 a pound. Package weights are listed on each product page. Packages are very lightweight which allows multiple products to be ordered together without incurring an additional shipping charge.

    At this time, Kids Art Frames ships merchandise through this website only to locations within the United States. Please use the Contact Us Page to request international shipping options.


  • Sales Tax
  • Kids Art Frames does not charge sales tax. All Sales tax will be calculated and paid by Kids Art Frames.


  • Warranties

  • All of our frames are under warranty for 3 years from the order date. Under normal and non-commercial intended use, if our product fails due to our manufacturing or material defect, just contact us and we'll fix it, send you a replacement, or refund your purchase price (at our discretion).



  • Return Policy
  • We guarantee the timely arrival of your frames in perfect condition. If you or your recipients are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for replacement or a prompt refund. We will be happy to work with you on alternate colors/products to fit your needs.

    All returns must be received by Kids Art Frames in the original retail packaging and in brand new retail condition. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping of all returned items unless there is a problem with your order

    To return an item, please follow the below instructions:

    1. Before sending any items back, please contact Kids Art Frames Customer Service through the Conact Us link or by emailing info@kidsartframes.com so that we can contact you to discuss the return/exchange options available to you.

  • SAFETY WARNINGS:

    * The plastic edges of the frames may be sharp. Please handle with care and do not allow small children to run or play with frames.
    * Frames come delivered in plastic bags. Keep all bags away from babies and children. Do not use in cribs, beds, carriages or playpens. The thin film may cling to nose and mouth and prevent breathing.
    * Choking Hazard: Select Kids Art Frames include buttons, gems, and glue. Keep all small parts and glue away from children under 3 years old since they can be a choking hazard.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    For Scotch Removable Wall Mounting Tabs:
    * Tabs may pick fiber from some papers, leave residue, or cause damage to wallboard painted with flat paint
    * Do not use on wallpaper or lacquered surfaces
    * Tests show that 3M Wall Mounting Tabs do less damage than masking tape, adhesive putty or push pins

    For Glue included in Decorate Your Own kits:
    * Safe, non-toxic tacky glue pens are ideal for children (conforms to ASTM D-4236)
    * Clean up excess glue with damp cloth before the glue dries
    * Dried glue can be cleaned up with soap and water
